Important... Please make sure you receive a confirmation email after booking your appointment. If you do not receive one text 508.985.8028 so that we can confirm that your booking was completed. Carefully check your confirmation that you have booked the correct date and time.

Please read carefully... SoCal Glow requires a credit card to hold all appointments. Your card is only charged in the event of a late cancel or no show.  Any cancellation less than 24 hours in advance of appointment time will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. No call, no show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Cancellation policies still apply to VIP Members. You may reschedule or cancel online through your confirmation email, the Change or Cancel links will allow you to reschedule or cancel your appointment at anytime up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please make sure you receive a confirmation email of your changes, if you do not receive a confirmation your appointment may not have been changed/canceled. When late canceling within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time the online system will not allow you to cancel, you must call 508.985.8028. Please leave a message if no answer. 

Late Policy... If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment I may or may not be able to provide you service based on my schedule for that day. You may be charged a late cancellation fee.

Be Advised... Spray tans and sunburns do not mix! If you have suffered a sunburn within 6 weeks of your scheduled appointment you may want to change/cancel as your spray tan results may not be favorable. If you decide at your appointment to cancel you may be charged a late cancellation fee.
